Who started J&J?
Johnson and Johnson was founded by three brothers in a small shop in New Jersey, in 1886.

What is J&J's first product?
 The first product of Johnson & Johnson was a medicated patch, that transfers medicine on and through the skin.

What happened with the recalls?
 Johnson & Johnson had major recalls between 2009 through 2012, That is until later Sandi Peterson, who is known for fixing problem in different companies. They started to fix the problems by seeing what was going on in all their different factories and how can they improve them. Trying to understand and see their integrated system. Now about 25% of their recall product are back on the shelf while the rest probably won't come back until year 2016.

What goes on at the Listerine lab? describe.
In the Listerine laboratory they conduct experiments to improve their product, for their seems to be a emerging market in this category. They try to improve their product even though the germs are not the ones changing.

What happens at J&J's incubator in La Jolla?
At the La Jolla J&J incubator they offer the opportunity for up to 33 entrepreneur to work in their labs to find new improvement and create the next big thing. But these scientist/inventors have no strings attach with J&J even though they work under their roof.

 Some product of Johnson & Johnson are Listerine, Aveeno, Tylenol, and Band-Aid. But J&J offer way more product for this company is managing a large enterprise.
