Do any of these careers interest you?
None of these careers interest me, but its quite good to learn all types of careers their is and and in that career what kind of position can you work in.
What did you like of dislike about this episode?
What I really like about this episode is that they showed that a person can always change their career. Their is no need to worry that at that first try you are heading the right direction, but instead one can always have a change of heart no matter of the background.
Where were they on their road trip?
the interview with Lisa Marr, Ella Jenkins and Paolo Davanzo are all held at Chicago IL. While the rest of the RTN episode had their last interview of that day with Rosemarie Certo at Philadelphia, PA.
What were the careers introduced?
Ella Jenkins is a children's songwriter, even though she never got degree of her career, that didn't stop her of writing fabulous songs. Paolo Davanzo is the founder of the Echo Park Film Center, he always thought that creating video was entertaining and showing that you don'y need great actors or equipment to do so. Lisa Marr was studying to become a lawyer when she met Paolo Davanzo who had just opened a community film center which had now became her main carer by being the main operator director. Rosemarie Certo is the president of Dock Street Brewing Co. Rose started to look for an american beer that could satisfy her taste until she decided to create her own, even though she had started of her life being a photographer she didn't let that held her back .
What advice they they have to give?
Ella Jenkins:“You can't be discouraged…whatever you do, [make sure] it's something worthwhile. That's what you're sharing.”
Paolo Davanzo: “I wasn't going to do the 9 to 5, I wasn't going to do the conventional. We opened the film center, and the message we give is…it’s just about believing in yourself and believing in your power to create things of beauty.”
Lisa Marr: “As adults, we become very preoccupied about what we should be doing, rather than what feels right to be doing… Any class we teach for adults is about unlearning that. To give [people] the freedom as individuals to just mess around for a few hours. It really is just about letting go and experimenting.”
Rosemarie Certo;“The real question is, do I want to realize my dream or someone else's dream?”
Do any of these careers interest you?
I never really thought of becoming a film producer or anything of some sort, but it has had gabed my attention. While beer I don't drink any alcoholic drinks, and never hope to even if its wine. I'm just not that big of a fan.
What did you like of dislike about this episode?
I really like this episode for it really had more interview, which gives me more opportunities to learn from different people. Also I get to learn more of their life experiences and and advice they offer to those who start brand new.
