The careers that where introduce were Human rights attorney Britten Heller, Motorsports mechanic and owner Sal Donato, a Memphis Street Academy Charter School CEO Christine Borelli, and the CEO American Paradigm Schools Stacey Cruise.
What advice did they have to give?
Britten Heller “You start off with conviction, something that grabs you. You’re not sure what the picture is going to look like in the beginning phases, but as you proceed, you gain speed and suddenly you see the picture start to form.”
Sal Donato: “They said it can’t be done. I mean, don’t tell me that. Because to prove someone wrong--that it can be done--that drives me.”
Christine Borelli “If you find passion in it, follow it, fight for it, run after it--and in the end it will work out, because you’re never going to get bored of it, you’re never going to think of it as work.”

I'm not interested to their careers especially but I like how they describe their journey. Of how either you can pick a direction were everything is already their for you or go to the path one discovers things along the way. Also how at hoe they use to call "Jonas Jail" middle school saw that the school wasn't going to improve with more security and restriction but instead opposite, they actually saw that they needed to change not the students.

Ben Drexler came to Washington to make a difference for people who didn't understand politics and decided to become a human resource. That's not until he discovered fire spinning by watching "Burning Man" this enlighten him in such a way that he never expected to make him so happy. That's when he decides to become a fire spinner, for he felt he made more of a difference of what is him by spinning fire.
Syrena Johnson was raised in uptown New Orleans and later on her family suffered the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. She could have ended in many bad paths but instead she she decided not to do so. As the years went by she kept finding herself cooking, until one day she finally sat down and realized what her path has brought her, she knew what she wanted to become. She later on studied international culinary and has arrived to the part that she owns her restaurant.
Raven Jackson always loved animals even from a young age she wanted to be a vet, but was soon interested in chimpanzees when in college.after veterinary school, she was getting reading to start her dream job not until she found out that she’d failed her National Board exams (what takes to become a Vet). But by lucky chance someone had dropped out of an internship and instead she got. Her boss later recommended Chimp Haven which is were she is located now. She also try once again and passed her board exams and was back on track.
What advice did they have to give?
Ban Drexler “I've got great benefits, I've got a great salary--but here’s this other thing, and when I’m doing this other thing, I’m not just really happy, I’m extremely happy.”

Where were they on their road trip?
They stopped at Palm springs, Ca with Adam Steltzner, a NASA engineer and at Taos, New Mexico with Sherry Grathler, a river guide.
What were the career introduce?
Adam Steltzner is a NASA engineer who is the head of landing curiosity rover on mars. But he never started with this career in mind, for he was in high school he wasn't even sure if he graduated high school and never went to see if he had a diploma. Instead he went into music school and after a few years and things began to become serious so he backed out and was once again with no leads. Not until one day out of curiosity of stars and planets that he studied astronomy in community college. He later then discovered he was following his father and backing down when things began to become serious, that's when he started to work hard in his studies and learned to to glad what he has accomplished instead what he will receive in accomplishing that work.
Sherry Grathler is a river guide, who first have thought in becoming a lawyer, for she believed it was a good way to make a good living. But once Sherry was getting close to the goal she discovered that it was not what she truly wanted. Instead one day her friend asked her if she wanted to go rafting soon it became clear as water she does see herself doing this for living, and since then for six seasons Sherry has become a rafting guide.
What advice did they have to give?
Adam Steltzner:“When you look back at your life, you remember the great highs and the great lows. The middle sort of doesn't stand out that much, so never fear risking the great lows in pursuit of the great highs.”
Sherry Grathler:“A lot of my philosophies in life are around water: you have to go with the flow, but you have to act at the right time.”
Do any of these careers interest you?
I've never had interest in becoming a river guide for I don't really swim a lot or go into water a lot, but i have considered astronomy and study the stars and look beyond ones eyes.
What did you like/dislike about the episode?
I liked the video for Adam and Sherry prove that one can make mistakes in the process of looking for what you love you don't have to discover right away, its a process.

Atoosa was an undergraduate at Barnard College and had a planned to achieve her goal in working in the magazine industry. What she did not know that one her day of Graduation she would be called from Cosmos to offer her a job as a fashion editor. Believing in the things of her mind and never doubting herself she later became the editor-in-chief of seventeen magazine. She admits that work that consumes her but says its not bad for its something that you love and hope to make a difference.
Quote:“There's always a voice inside your head, and a lot of people second guess it. It can tell me very crazy things, and I will walk willingly into its arms.”
Does this career interest you?
This career truly interest me I want to be involved in fashion and designing using my head for creativity and help other girls with problems that one regularly question themselves, and also teach them to love themselves how they look and are.

I have never actually entered or eaten anything from Chipotle's, but if I had to opportunity to go and buy some I would. For their are so many good recommendations of their great food that I'm willing to try someplace new for me.

Roy Remer is a man who dedicates himself by using Buddhist teachings to help terminally ill patients e to make their final transition. Basically helping people to accept and move on that life is coming to an end.
quote:"It’s a totally radical concept, and maybe really difficult for people to understand--but [it’s helpful] to practice dying when you’re healthy… This is who I was yesterday, that’s gone. This is who I am today.”
Omar Cardenas is also a man who has lived many physical and psychological violence in life and struggled living with out a mentor to guide him and show him the endless possibilities that life has to offer. After being kicked out of his senior year of high school, he decided to forget about about school for it didn't matter. Not until later that he found his eldest brother intriguing in a conversation of college which he couldn't understand, that what had started a spark in him lighten and wanting to understand he began to attend community college at age 23 and learned a lot about culture. This eventually brought him to dedicate himself in a youth organization (children defense fund) and become a mentor to help guide other students out of their struggles that their culture influenced them.
Quote:“Culture cures us; we heal through culture. We heal through our experiences and our ancestors’ knowledge. I knew that I needed more of that to uplift my spirit, to help me heal from the trauma I experienced growing up.”
Ian Harvie is a man who was born as a girl and had transferred. He had no idea in what he wanted to become in life and found that he wanted to discover more things in life for he wasn't the only one who has these life struggles. What he kept finding surprised him of all possibilities. After a while, he started a company making Web pages until one day postcard of a advertising a comedy-writing classes came in the mail. This grabbed his attention and soon he found himself driving two hours to different places to perform for five minutes, for free. Which later made what he is today, a comedian.

To me these kind of careers never really crossed my mind but there is one thing i did know i want to do i want to make sure I'm making a difference for someone around the world.

What i didn't like is that i would have loved that the first interview with Roy Remer had been longer and could have explained how he helps the people that comes to him and what is the process but other than that what all three quotes of them said has mad me really feel something inside to trully wants you to do more.

They all gave the advice that one decisions in a career will influence a person one way or another and that can really help people who feel lost and needs someones guidance.
